Tips for visiting
Your tickets will allow you to discover the castle, the Queen's dairy and the Shell cottage, in the heart of the 150 hectares of gardens that serve as their setting.
Enjoy the park
From April to November, take advantage of your visit to discover the gardens in a boat, a rosalie, a bicycle or an electric cart. The youngest ones may be tempted by the go-karts and small wooden horses!
Destination Rambouillet!
A day, or better yet, a weekend, is not too much time to discover the riches of the National Domaine of Rambouillet!
Take the opportunity to visit the Sheep Farme, only 2 kilometers from the castle, with its educational farm that will delight children and adults.
The nearby forest also offers nice walks and moments of relaxation.

Conditions of visit
Visit in complete peace of mind!
- 1200 meters separate the castle from the Queen's dairy. Then plan a few minutes walk through the English Garden to get to the Shell cottage.
- Free, shaded parking near the monuments.
- Toilets available in the castle only during opening hours. Monuments closed between 12:00PM and 1:30PM.
- Strollers are not allowed in the monuments.
- Bookstore in the castle.
- Folding seats are available upon request.
