Presentation

Tour 1: “Discovery Tour”
Theme: “Rambouillet, Residence of Kings, Emperors, and Presidents of the Republic”

Guided tour of the château, beginning with the President’s apartment, followed by a tour
of the Laiterie de la Reine and the Chaumière aux coquillages.

Tour 2: “Rambouillet and Diplomacy”
Theme: “Rambouillet and Diplomacy”

Guided tour:
- The castle, including the President’s apartment.
- The guest rooms: Suite No. 1 (Secretary-General’s Apartment) + Room 7.
- The apartments for foreign heads of state (François I Tower).

Upon request, visitors may explore the Laiterie de la Reine and the Chaumière aux coquillages on their own during the monuments’ opening hours.
 

This tour package, which includes the guest rooms and the apartments for foreign heads of state (François I Tower), is offered exclusively by guides accredited by the Centre des monuments nationaux.

  • The fee for guided tours is a flat rate for the group. 
  • The tour guide’s services are valid for a group of up to 20 people. For groups larger than 20, a second tour guide is required.
